Will I be able to translate Greek after I complete the book?
As in all literature, some sections of the New Testament are more grammatically aggressive than others. But yes, you will be able to translate portions of the New Testament after the completion of the book. The more challenging sections will require tutoring which you can receive online.

What if I get stuck in a text and I can't translate it?
You can contact Dr. Glen directly and he will help you through the barriers of your translation.

Will I be able to converse with contemporary Greeks?
Sorry, our focus is on translation and not on the spoken language of modern Greek. In addition, spoken Greek bears little resemblance to our work together.

What if I completely melt down and don't have the aptitude for languages?
At minimum you will be able to translate significant vocabulary which will give you greater insight and meaning into a verse.

What are the toughest road bumps as I get started?
The diphthongs trip most students up at the beginning. Visit the audio site on our web page and you will receive the correct pronunciation of the dipthongs.

What is the toughest chapter?
Our experience has been that participles, chapter eight in your book, are the most challenging for the beginning student. This is why we have placed this part of speech last. In addition, you will have ongoing online support to help you.
